All my earrings are handmade using hypoallergenic surgical steel backing or hooks suitable for most sensitive ears.
Please note that these clay earring are handmade, therefore there may be slight variations in size, shape and colour. Being a handmade product and the nature when working and moulding clay earrings, there may be some small imperfections. That's what makes each piece unique.
For polymer clay pieces, the picture displayed is the piece you are purchasing as it's a one of a kind design and pattern.

Local pick available at Brookwater 4300. Alternatively postage can be arranged within Australia only. Please contact me via email at indahcreative.info@gmail.com to arrange a pick up time or postage costs and arrangements.
Please allow for 3-5 business day for me to package your items and post. This is on top of Australia Post processing and delivery times.
PRODUCT CARE
Although my polymer clay and select earrings are generally waterproof, the best thing for them to increase their longevity is to keep them dry. Avoid dropping them or sleeping with them in, as some designs can be fragile. Care should also be taken when removing them.
REFUND AND RETURNS
Please choose carefully.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund if you change your mind. We will offer a full refund if items are faulty and not misused /mistreated in anyway.
If you have committed to a purchase and can't for any reason pick-up items, we are happy to post the item to you for the cost of postage payable by the customer, otherwise a credit note will be issued to use for future purchases.
